With over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry as a seasoned Trend Forecaster and Fashion Editor, Eurydice has provided direction for a diverse array of domestic and international retailers and creative agencies. Earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of California at Berkeley, Eurydice has had the opportunity to work for major retailers including JC Penney, Kohl’s, and QVC, where she set corporate-wide trend and color direction, partnering closely with product development, marketing, styling, buying, and visual teams as well as vendors. Transitioning to web-based forecasting agencies at Stylesight, WGSN, and Beautystreams.com, Eurydice managed a team of editors focused on providing innovative research and content for accessories and footwear markets as well as working on beauty consultancy projects for clients ranging from L’Oreal to Unilever. Joining LIM College in 2015 as an Adjunct Professor, Eurydice has taught Fashion Forecasting, Fashion History and Global Attire, Sustainability and the Future of Fashion, and Career and Internship Courses. Transitioning to the department of Career and Internship Services at LIM College, Eurydice brings her industry knowledge and extensive experience to the role of Assistant Director of Professional Development and Advising, where she assists students with career mapping, job and internship searches, and more.
